Inn strategically located right next to Mount Waumbek trailhead (just walk 4 minutes to trailhead) and 15 minutes by car away from popular Appalachia parking lot for trailheads to Mt Madison and Mt Adams. WAY better than the fast food breakfast we would have grabbed on the road had we stayed elsewhere. We got there late and left early, but the owners were lovely, our room was very clean, beds were super comfy, and the breakfast included with the room rate was outstanding.

We were pleasantly surprised when checking in, the Inn was immaculately clean; our rooms had renovated bathrooms with modern fixtures, tiling, etc (versus century old fixtures found in many Inns).
