It should scroll the page when swiped down/up with two fingers. IE,Edge,Chrome,Firefox.
Again, it works in Chrome, so this is a Firefox only behaviour.
I switch back to my browser and then smooth scrolling works as intended.This seems like a bug that needs to be fixed.
Also tried installing the latest non-beta mobile FIrefox alongside the beta, without syncing anything, and the nonfunctionality of mouse scrolling is present in that one, too. I don't believe any of them are incompatible, as I got FF for each from the Play store, and it does work fine except for this one quirk. In fact I haven't messed with the developer options at all. You can try changing the values a little bit to see if it makes the scroll better but do it only if you are sure about what you are doing.This should enable smooth scrolling for the Edge browser.
