I'm a big fan of Gulzar, and Parichay is actually not of my favourite Gulzar movies, and it is also one of his lesser known works. I don't think i need to write any word for great gulzar sahab ..He delivered another heart touching masterpiece..Great filmmaker he is. The film starts with Jeetendra who searches for odd jobs, he has a friend Vinod Khanna in a guest role who tells him to go the village and take a job, where he gets a job as a teacher in Pran's House The only hitch is the house has children who create a nuisance, how Jeetendra teaches them and changes them forms the crux of the story.
