Staff were very friendly throughout our entire stay, the housekeeper brought us extra towels and was lovely, young man at the desk who dealt with our Initial booking, checked us in and out was first class and very professional. We had dinner both nights in your restaurant and it was lovely, two girls who served us were brilliant had the cod and chips which was delicious, manager with the blonde hair served us our breakfast the following morning too and she was very pleasant And friendly. Room types may vary.1-3 North Street, Ballycastle BT54 6BN Northern IrelandWas not impressed at all room was supposed to be Executive Suite nothing like it at all very basic and bland breakfast was ok dinner was not good roast beef tasted more like corned beef .We stayed there few years ago was much nicer then but have say staff very nice Superb dog friendly hotel.excellent staff and so so friendly and helpful.excellent location.Food absolutely beautiful in the bar.the COVID situation handled so well and so very professionally and organised.highly recommend,super break for all the family,fur baby and all.Called on the off chance one evening to see if we could get in , getting a seat was no bother , nice buzz around the hotel considering the whole C19 situation, service was prompt , very nice staff , food was just ok , £17.95 for a steak that wasn’t worth £7.95 , very flat , tasteless , as if it had been hammered to within a inch of its life , I left hungry which I hate , staff and view excellent as for going back for good I think I’d think twice ! The rooms are spacious and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities.

We loved the view from the restauarant too, overlooking the harbour and beach. We felt at ease from the moment we arrived, santisers easily positioned and staff wearing masks well done.
We r looking forward to coming back again very soon. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Marine - stayed for one night B&B and ate in the restaurant that evening. I was nervous about going away as was nt sure what to expect as hotels are usually busy but the set up you have is excellent. The Marine Hotel has recently completed a £1million refurbishment which has seen the transformation of the Ballroom, Bar, Bistro, Bedrooms and exterior.
