We didn't expect to have a road between the hotel and the beach. The building has 19 floors and it can take a while for the carts loaded with vacation baggage to make their way up and down. Didn't use the pools or lazy rivers but they had one of each both inside and outside with multiple hot tubs and lounge chairs. Spacious and comfortable. Garbage pilled up beside elevators.

The resort consists of the newer Palmetto Tower and the original Magnolia Tower.
I wished we had brought our pillows from home. I decided to ride the elevators solo so that made things take a little longer because I had to wait on an empty one, but there are 3 elevators and the hotel wasn’t particularly busy so it wasn’t bad. Management was indifferent - David Savoca , Kyle Fowler and Tony Volpe. Makes no sense to not be flexible with customers who want to or need to stay in your hotel... For this I'm giving them a low score for my overall stay. The room was clean upon arrival and met our expectations as it always has.

Whenever you opened the sliding doors to go outside you can hear the ocean and pool sounds, but as soon as you shut it, you’ve got quiet again. They do require the resort wrist bands to be worn and they do have someone monitoring pool activity which was good. Oh,last thing,the towels are rough,not like home. We booked and received a 3 bedroom with ocean view/ocean front. The view is oceanfront from seahouse villas B3 and has great access to the beach. HOWEVER, I'll never attempt to stay again nor will I refer anyone else like I have in the past. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Use this rating to help choose your stay!
