All rooms are designed in 2 stylish trends, either in warm Minoan shapes and colors, or in light colors and designs, inspired by the Aegean islands. I wouldn’t return to this hotel due to lack of service and poor standard of food.The hotel itself is really nice, views and beach I can not fault, however, do not expect a 5* service from the staff, there are monal staff for the guests at the hotel, expect breakfast to be cold, and near on impossible to get a coffee or fresh orange, you spend half your time waving the waiters over and then, they never return with what you have requested, dinner and lunch is a 2 hour affair, drinks and food take so long to turn up, and expect the staff to be shouting and arguing around your table, this seems to be standard, even after complaining about this, certainly not what I expecting from a 5* resort, will not returnThe facilities were high quality, the view from the rooms is magical.. the hotel is so clean. Even if some of the hotel’s facilities were inactive due to covid, the staff made the best for us in order to provide us a respectful hospitality.
