The room was large, clean, and very comfortably furnished. I was there with my family for a High School Girls wrestling match. They have taken extra measures to ensure thorough cleaning was done- including the tv remote! The room also had a fridge and microwave, which was a cheap way of eating in the evening (there is a supermarket behind the hotel).

I did not like the fact that they didn't have a complimentary continental breakfast...almost every hotel we stayed at in Virginia & Pennsylvania offered something complimentary. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean. The Hilton Garden Inn Gettysburg hotel is located near US-30 and minutes from famous Civil War attractions and landmarks, including Gettysburg Battlefield at Gettysburg National Military Park.

Staff were attentive and professional and very cordial. Before our arrival in Gettysburg I was a little disapointed that we could not book at one of the hotels in the old town area but once we visited that part of town I was very glad to be a couple of miles away as the traffic that travels through there (including big rigs) is very loud and takes away from the atmosphere. Very clean and well managed property.
