You are the miscreant, not the supplier.You've known since Day-1 the due date of your bill. They are fantastic to deal with. Fuelman a fleet expense management solution is accepted at over 50k preferred fuel locations nationwide. What can we help you with? If you opt out of one program, the tradeoff is a new fee. Were you broke on Tuesday and flush on Wednesday? We were 2days late on a payment that technically wasnt even due yet so they shut our cards down and its just a nightmare to get them back on dealing with customer service. I go online to their website always to make my monthly payment. They owe me a check.
I processed the payment now this month I have a $3,700.00 late payment because it posted one minute late.
The reversed the charge once and are refusing to reverse anymore charges.
