Looks like a scamYes, it's a scam. I'm very distressed.I ordered 4 of these and the extra filters on June 13th 2020, they charged me $263.00 for the 4 units and $49.00 for the filters and $41.00 for something else and I haven't received anything. It's a tedious project and I just filed a Paypal resolution against these Chinese scum. Like others have said I have not gotten a response to emails and cannot get thru on the phone.I never received my June 16 order for a neck a/c, and have not yet had a response nor any confirmation of my order. When I text him back a complaint about never receiving the portable ac product, I got no response but did get a text from a NikkI which was incomprehensible, saying nothing. I called the 800 # and was told not to call. Baltimore, Maryland in U.S.I frederick put my order in thru PayPal and it had been 3 weeks now please call me...got mine in early July.
They promise 14 day delivery.

What you should know is how this device even works.
It’s going to 114 degrees today. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing I emailed their "customer service". The shape of the Blaux is not much different from a big tiffin box, as seen in the pictures. But luckily, since blaux provides a dehumidifying and chilling effect simultaneously, you need not bother about anything. I have yet to receive anything at all only my inbox is flooded daily with more offerings of devices from the same company. Then you turn it on. One Customer Representative said that they were back-ordered. Finally, I received an email on July 13 with a UPS tracking number and a message indicating it would be delivered by July 17. Stay far away from this company they promote other products. I hope that they get this message. Consider the FAQ section to know more about the price.Blaux AC does not involve any harmful gases like CFC. I've written to them 3X with no response. I hope you get your money back and compensation for your time and trouble, as well.I’m having same experience. Called the North American Toll Free number and got danced around the auto system. The noise that accompanies is never louder than 40 decibels which allows you to concentrate on work and enjoy restful sleep.The size and ergonomic carrying handle of this machine make it easy for you to haul it from one room to another. If it acts as a swamp cooler, a lot of humidity will be experienced, particularly in areas that are not low in humidity.nope nothing received our money went to research for more virusesSame here, no response no air conditioner and lost my money. Probably to cover their butts. Got in touch with my credit card company, and they're working on it for me.

Nothing. They advertise using hundreds of different webpages-but its all them. At this point I elected to involve my credit card company. They encourage customers not to contact them by phone. The uncomplicated use guarantees a pleasant air, where you can work well or relax in the office.1. It never came. I have emailed the company several times and I can't get a response. Waited another week. They charge shipping which is a lot less than what you will have to pay to return the no good products. Looks lovely in dark room with colour changing unit. It accomplished nothing. REally wonder if I will have them before the end of summer. Is it enough to cool a complete room.
