In our humble opinion, the Rapha Lightweight Commuter Jacket is the best lightweight waterproof jacket for cyclists right now. Riding in the rain isn’t generally a pleasant activity but, unless you live in a desert, it’s an unavoidable fact of life for most cyclists. Some manufacturers say to throw the garment in the tumble dryer for a few minutes on low to medium heat, others recommend ‘touch ups’ with an iron on the warm setting.
